Poly 3D Modeling

Do you need 3D cad models for applications that do not require manufacturing?

Poly 3D modeling is more abstract than CAD. Based in 3D shapes rather precise technical drawing, just as you would with real clay. Poly 3D modeling is used mainly in 3D visualizations and animations, but it can also be utilized to complement mechanical engineering models with organic, not precise models like pillows and clothing, or anatomic models for the medical field or fashion.
